The Jade Flute at Project Gutenberg. No translator is credited for any of the poems nor is there a named editor/compiler. The copyright date is 1960. My assumption is that the translations were then in the public domain, but I have no evidence for that. I'd just prefer it to the other ideas I have about the provenance of the translations which mostly involve paying a pittance and not crediting the translators for Reasons. Who knows?
