What I want most is a story that you enjoyed writing. In many cases, I nominated and/or requested single characters. That's more aimed at not limiting you than at me not wanting those characters interacting with others. For / character interactions, I'll be as (and often more) happy with a G or a T rated interaction as with something E rated.

I'm more interested in character development and non-romantic plots, generally speaking, but don't mind romance and/or sex. If I've asked for an / pairing, I'm expecting it. For happy relationships, I prefer established relationships.

I'm usually good with most background pairings and with appearances by characters I didn't request but who fit the story. I will generally specify if there's a character or pairing I wish to avoid.

I would much prefer getting a story you loved writing that avoids my DNWs than something you didn't enjoy writing but think is exactly what I want. Exchanges are imperfect things.

In some cases, my DNWs include things I have written and/or things that would be okay under very specific circumstances. Those DNWs are simply because it's easier to detour around the field entirely than to define the exact route for avoiding the landmines.

Me not giving a specific prompt for a character or grouping that I requested does not mean I want them less. It means I got overwhelmed with all of the detail.

Generally speaking, I like:
Canon divergence.
Time travel fix-its.
Time loops with humor.
Unreliable narrators.
Two or more characters simultaneously trying to manipulate each other.
Divided loyalties.
Characters having inexplicably survived their tragic, canonical deaths.
Crossovers.
Established relationships with trust and good boundaries.
Worldbuilding, generally.
Worldbuilding that explores scaffolding/logistics in the background of canon.
Explorations of the dark implications that canon ignores.
Bisexual characters.
Genderqueer characters.
Poly characters and relationships.
Open ended stories.
5 things and variants.

Note: What I write is not necessarily consistent with what I like to read. I read a lot less porn than I write and am not necessarily interested in any particular kink, even when I've written it more than once. Gen is good. G, T, or M rated relationships are also good. I'm not saying no sex scenes or no explicit sex, more that such things aren't the point for me.

DNW: PWP, cancer, underage sex, non-canonical death of requested characters, unicorns, vampires, zombies, were-creatures, alpha/beta/omega, mpreg, mundane AU, non-canonical harm to or death of children, drowning or risk of drowning, incest, mentor/protege sex or romance, soulmates/soulbonds, bleak/hopeless endings, fusions, non-canonical reincarnation, women as victims of sexual violence, focus on homophobia or transphobia or racism or ablism or similar prejudice, bestiality,

Shikako Nara (DoS)

I don't specifically have prompts for these characters and groups. I picked them because they could be fun. Some of them would work well together fairly immediately; some of them would need to figure out how cover each other's weak points and take advantage of each other's strengths. Some of them would have conflicting priorities in any time travel to the past.

I don't mind additional canonical characters in the story and OCs are fine. I don't require that my selected characters be the time travelers (or, if a group, that they all be). Combining groups is fine.

I like fix-it time travel stories a lot, but a lot of those are hard to detail at exchange length. If you go for a fix-it, I'd enjoy something mostly introspective in which the POV character(s) just consider their options and their plans. I'd also enjoy seeing a snapshot of action or interaction that has implications. I mean, if you want to and are able to write 200K by the deadline, I will absolutely read it, but 1K ideas are excellent things.

Mostly, what I want in a story is something you had fun writing that respects my DNWs.

For this canon, I prefer canon consistent tone in terms of things coming out okay. I don't need canon levels of humor/wackiness, but I also wouldn't be unhappy with it.

If you're familiar with Milo Murphy's Law (which is canonically in the same universe) and want to use elements and/or characters from that, I've seen it and enjoyed it. If you're not familiar with it, I won't be bothered to have it ignored.

I'm happy to have more than one of these characters in the story or just one. I'm also good with other canonical characters appearing. I'm fine with canon pairings and with close to same age pairings

For this canon, I'm kind of throwing tags and the wall to see what sticks. I don't have solid prompts; I just think there's a lot to work with that could be a lot of fun.

Canon DNW: explicit sex, death, graphic violence and/or gore, Vanessa/Ferb (unless both are over 25), Dr. Doofenshmirtz/Perry as anything I have to acknowledge as a sexual relationship (canon typical interactions are fine), Phineas/Ferb or Candace/Ferb (both hit my incest squick)

Requested characters:
Warren
Josie
Ethan
Layla
Gwen

I could see Layla as one of those time travelers who has a Plan for how to make the future better and goes back 2-3 centuries to make changes. I could also see her traveling accidentally and worrying that she'll destroy the universe if she makes changes but not being able to stop herself. All of this is without a major disaster to fix.

I suspect that Gwen would be entirely willing to time travel in order to alter her own timeline or to get rid of personal enemies. I could see her doing it entirely to punish Will or to punish that random girl who was mean to her in second grade. With her abilities, she's likely to be able to build a time machine without needing years of planning and testing. She's also not great, in canon, at thinking through all of the repercussions of her plans (Like, who did she think was going to change all of those diapers?).

I think the other three characters are all people who would only deliberately travel to deal with a major disaster or to try to fix smaller but personally important disasters. Things such as Warren wanting to stop his father from doing something specific that no one else would consider a critical turning point or Josie wanting to make sure that the abruptly baby Royal Pain grew up with better parents.

I generally view Sky High as a candy coated dystopia, but I'm entirely good with stories that don't treat it as a dystopia. I'm open to the idea that the setting's history parallels ours and to the idea that it doesn't. Super powers can be relatively new or have a history that goes back beyond the written record. I don't need to know unless that's something you want to explore.

Requested characters:
Vivian Lee
Vivian Smith

This request is different from the others in that I'm not asking for anything time travel fix-it related. I don't feel any great need for that here. I'm more curious about the repercussions of how the book ended.

Vivian Lee - It occurred to me after nominations closed that there are actually two Vivian Lees in this book. There's the eleven year old girl and her father with the same name. I was thinking more of the girl, but if you're interested in writing her father, I'll be perfectly happy with that. As to the girl, she's eleven but also one of the main villains. How did she grow up, pre-canon? (Or, for her father, how did he adapt to getting by as an Observer? What does he do post-canon? Did he get a berth on a ship leaving Earth?) Did she change after canon? She's been separated from her parents at that point and thrown into an unfamiliar time and place (Can she even speak the language? Also 'ancient China' is really, really non-specific!) with nothing but what she had on her at the moment. I'd prefer that nothing really terrible happen to her, but the levels of terrible from, say, Homeward Bounders or the Chrestomanci books would be fine.

For either father or daughter, do they ever find a way to search for each other? I'd love to see some character growth/exploration even if they feel like they're entitled to rule the entire timeline.

Vivian the elder gets sent into our future, so feel free to make things up.

As to Vivian the younger, I don't know a lot of Chinese history, so, if there's a period you feel comfortable writing, go for it. I don't have a preference. If you want to handwave and set something after Vivian has gone somewhere else, I'll be good with that, too. Historical detail is great but not make or break.

Vivian Smith - I'm most interested in post-canon adventures for her. What effect do all those chronons and temporons end up having on her life and her surroundings? What choices does she make as a result? What happens with her parents? As she grows up, does she change Time City or does it change her?

If you want to have other characters show up, I don't mind. If you want to create OCs, I don't mind. I'd be interested in Vivian meeting Vivian post-canon, too. If you want to poke at the worldbuilding in terms of stable and unstable periods and why both exist, feel free.

I would prefer that Time City not be portrayed as objectively entirely good or entirely bad. I'm fine with either version of Vivian Lee taking an extreme view on the subject, but I'd rather not have it be true. Some good, some bad, a lot of power not always used kindly.

If you want to go for a I-have-no-idea-how-this-would-work crossover and know Sapphire and Steel, that would be fascinating to see.

A lot of my story ideas could easily get very long, but I'd enjoy something mostly introspective in which the POV character(s) just consider their options and their plans. I'd also enjoy seeing a snapshot of action or interaction that has implications. I mean, if you want to and are able to write 200K by the deadline, I will absolutely read it, but 1K ideas are excellent things.

Canon specific DNW: explicit sex, violence/gore, longterm bad outcome for young Vivian Lee or for Vivian Smith
